Any% strats from the end of "Jive Drive" to the start of "The Audition". Entering any building (safehouse or Ammunition) will extinguish the fires on the Vice City map. Firstly, you need to make the fires spawn so getting into a firetruck is a must. Secondly, the Cheetah will despawn after the cutscene so I'd advise putting it inside the safehouse garage. Lastly, enjoy a Cheetah during this mission.
