If nothing works, take it on steam would be a solution.
Did you try to remove the game and then reinstall it ?
Just get the steam version of the game and downgrade it. You can find the downgrader by going into the resources tab and find the Gta San Andreas steam downgrader. It will probably be 10 times more efficient then the physical version of the game. Hope this helps :)
Why steam version? Download from internet with version 1 so you don't have to downgrade.
What's wrong with it? If you're not pirating you're just making millionaires even more richer.
@lelreset: bumping this to tell you it's fvcking embarassing that you use a crack of this game considering how many thousands of hours you probaly spent with it as the wr holder, just low as shit dude.
Because he probably spent thousands of hours with the game as the wr holder like I said so it is obviously quite precious to him so it's just totally embarassing for him to not fork out a few bucks for the game, it's stealing, period. Coca Cola is also a multi million dollar company, it's still wrong to go steal a can from the store.

The GTA:SA community has been deteriorating over a long period of time. Many top runners are not currently present on the leaderboard. This issue has not been seriously addressed yet, but an attempt will be made to remedy it now.
