If you reload, yes, it is slower. The video wasn't only showing the "successful" try - ignore the first half of the video and pretend it's only 0:14 to 0:26 and the fact he's on the bike before the mission fully starts.
How is this reproduced? The only thing I can see in the script that would allow this is starting the Badlands mission during the fade in you get after the save reload, which would be slow.
this would only be used if u need to reload a save for the sanchez to spawn, but what u would do is reload, then press W and A and u should be walking against the house
