grapple dog: level 1-3 observations and optimisations

A video posted during the 1-3 competition by Ralcore that detailed the findings of many tricks used in 1-3. Many have since been further optimized, but it's still probably a good place to start and is the only bit of highly edited content in relation to grapple dog speedrunning at time of posting.

Hey First of all I want thank dannyb and super rare for having faith in us. Stijn and I are now the new (super) mods for grapple dog, and we are going to change some rules on speedrun.com. Some changes have been made to the page:
-Individual Worlds from now on the IW will be done WITHOUT the bos
