I made many speedruns in the last month and now I am submitting every one of these, but I dont have a game capture card , so I cant record it.

You don’t need a capture card to record. You can just point a camera at the screen.

Are you playing on PC or other consoles? As many people have said around the forums, in the majority of games you can point a phone or camera at the screen and record with that, it will be fine as long as the recording have decent sound and quality.
