I would like to clarify about using older versions of the update and if they are valid
can you only submit using the current patch as I see runs being submitted fine for patches like 1.04 being fine to submit even if that's not the current version.
is holding off doing an update (1.09 to 1.11) so you can do a run on the version you have been practicing instead of throwing all that out the window and starting again against the rules
if it is against the rules is it something that is only for console players and pc can submit for any version at any time
Pc can submit to other versions because they can downpatch to those versions, and we in console cant downpatch so we can't submit to older versions
is that for all run types
out of bounds any% inbounds No major skips skipless
or just certain run types
-older versions require day 1 patch which is no longer obtainable -canceling an update isn't allowed either -it applies to all run types -louie's runs were verified because his playstation had no internet at all so no updates were started
thank you for clarifying. I was not aware of this and will redo my latest run on this update when i get a chance.
just to check if say for example in the future I'm recording a run and an update comes out as I'm part way through a recording would that mean a reset and start on the new version as soon as it finishes installing
hey all, cloud here.
