Ello, im interested in learning routes and stuff for any% (both glitchless and the credits warp, but also rng manipulation ) but i cant find anything about it anywhere. help?

Best current resource is to watch the WR runs. An actual speedrunning guide is something that has been discussed though.

I do not know anything about rng manipulation. I know you can start the game it should be the same at start every time. We do fights at the start to get rid of manipulation. For routes, it depends how you want to approach the game. For safer and more consistent runs, double human F, monster, robot seems to the the way to go. I am available any time.
