-Get all of the necessary Zombrex when you are in the right areas. The areas are: Yucatan Casino, Slot Ranch Casino, and the Americana Casino. For the Yucatan Casino, climb up the statue in the center to get the Zombrex (and an LMG). For Slot Ranch, go back behind the stage Biba performs on and climb on to some boxes in the back left corner, the Zombrex will be nearby on top of other boxes. And for Americana, go to the Beef Rib BBQ restaurant and go to the 2nd floor, on one end of the floor you will see the light fixture in jumping distance, jump from light to light until you reach the Zombrex. There is also a Zombrex in the Underground Tunnels on the ground somewhere.

-Make Quicksteps. Use the mixer (preferably in Americana Casino) to mix 2 wines together to make the Quickstep drink.

-Watch movies in the theater. The first movie starts each day at 1pm. Go to the theater and let the cutscene play out. After this check your watch and see that 1 hour and 30 minutes have passed in game. After the next 30 minutes (in game) the next movie will be available. You can do this until 9pm when the last movie shows. CAUTION: Make sure you know when your current mission is due because otherwise you may miss it by going to the movies.
