I am learning to run Knife of Dunwall Any% and I just recently i have been having an issue were i cannot find Timsh? He is not on the 1st or 3rd floor and I'm not sure why he isn't showing up. Any help would be great, thanks.

Is there a way to manipulate it or do you just reset? Cuz i'm getting that bad luck every time.
