A new record on glitchless Caverns by 12 seconds. The main new strat is a very tight jump at 0:21 (on the in game timer). You have to arrive at a very precise time at the previous toggle block, just as it opens. If you do this, there will be time to reach the right edge of the toggle block at 0:21. If you then jump off the right edge (2 frame window?) and do a frame perfect release of the jump key, you will do the largest possible jump without hitting the ceiling. This is just about enough to land on the very edge of the next toggle block. In fact this jump would not even be possible if the corner of the ceiling wasn't missing a part of its tile properties to make the corner solid. If you make this jump it saves two cycles (6 seconds).

Another 3s cycle is saved by reaching running speed at 1:12 and keeping it without getting hit or slowing down in mid-air, to just about reach the block at 1:33. Since I missed this, I did a tight jump at 1:37 to get back on pace. Another 3s cycle is saved because the cycles at the end section line up really nicely at this pace.

This route can be done 2 seconds faster with a cleaner end section. I was expecting this level to be quite boring to speedrun since there are lots of slow toggle block sections and didn't seem to be anywhere to save time, but actually this route was very fun.
