Save editing all Vault Card Challenges complete

I've written a quick script to save edit all Vault Card Challenges to be complete, so you don't need to worry about them when doing runs. This script requires you to install [Python 3](https://www.python.org/), and [Apocalyptechs Python Command Line Save Editor](https://github.com/apocalyptech/bl3-cli-saveedit).

1. [Download the latest Python release from here](https://www.python.org/downloads/).
2. On the first screen of the installer, make sure to tick the box to add it to your ***PATH***:

3. Work through the rest of the installer. If you customize the installation, make sure to install ***pip***.
4. Open up a terminal (command prompt/powershell), and run ***pip install bl3-cli-saveedit***.

5. Download [complete_vault_card_challenges.py](https://gist.githubusercontent.com/apple1417/ec9473202b829c379cb32bdb6e605a10/raw/complete_vault_card_challenges.py) and put it into your saves folder.
6. Make sure the game is closed, then simply double click and run ***complete_vault_card_challenges.py***.

Your save should now have all challenges permanently complete - you don't actually need the script for anything anymore.

# File Edits

To remove all dialog navigate to: **[Install Drive]:\Steam Games\steamapps\common\Borderlands 3\OakGame\Content\Paks** and delete/move all files that start with **[pakchunk3](https://imgur.com/a/uLwtyUm)**

To remove the video call "cutscenes" download the replacement movies [here](https://www.speedrun.com/resourceasset/l24o3).
Place these files in **[Install Drive]:\Steam Games\steamapps\common\Borderlands 3\OakGame\Content\Movies**

# Speedrun Mod Hotfix

When running the Hotfix Downpatcher, you'll be able to select the Speedrun Mod hotfix, which adds most of the tweaks. As long as the hotfix gets applied correctly, you'll automatically have all the changes.

The Speedrun Mod file is currently based on the `2021-12-23 5pm` hotfixes - it has all their regular changes *plus* the modded ones.

**Misc Changes:**

- Removes Vault Card Challenges, so you don't need to make sure they're complete
- Maurice's Black Market will always spawn in Jakob's Estate, with Hellwalkers (the other items from that pool have been removed)
- The Leech always spawns with railgun anoint (if anoints are able to spawn)
- Imports the Extra Extra Extraction event

**Drop Changes:**

- Imports 100% dedicated rates from the Bonus Boss Loot event
- The first shield chest always contains a fleet-vagabond blue shield
- Shiv always drops a white Jakobs shotgun, that is not a pump shotgun
- The Tidal Wave no longer drops
- Skrakk no longer drops the skeksil
- The Infiltrator always spawns with +3 Supersonic Man and +2 Violent Momentum
- All vanquishers which drop in the Droughts are guaranteed to be fire
- All white Maliwan pistols which drop in Meridian Metroplex are blasters
- The Null Pointer chest contains a white Maliwan pistol

**Quest Changes:**

- From the Ground Up gives a Vanquisher (which will be fire due to the above)
- Taking Flight gives Amara/Fl4k/Moze a Nemisis (Zane still gets a Leech)
- Borderlands Science gives a Hellwalker
- Cold as the Grave gives a Hellwalker
- Blood Drive gives a white snowdrift
- In the Shadow of Starlight gives a Ruby's Wrath
