To keep the pace with every runner that uses emulator we would like for you to have dolphin version 5.0, any other emulators we are unsure of, especially loading times. Specific settings for dolphin is to have a consistent frame rate throughout the game, any graphical changes are not allowed, but if you wanted to turn on cut scenes (which is another setting within dolphin) that is allowed.

Yes I read your post Hydro and you didn't mention anything about CPU Clock Override, which is found under the Advanced tab on Config. https://gyazo.com/46aba9e51324217decd7a61e641dbd1e I think this is required to be disabled but don't quote me on that.

okay i just deleted all my dolphin configs and left everything but controllers and external frame buffer as default to make sure that everything should be fine
