My splits had extra time added at the start since I was timing the exact frame. If I use all the same inputs on the first floor, I can rig it so that the 2nd floor has the exact same layout. (You can buffer all the inputs so it's not as hard as it sounds). Didn't try on my real intellivision, but it should work.

Also you can kill the minotaur with only one of these fireballs but it's hard, I tried for a while but never got one in a run.
