This is from hes guide: "Use this bind to Click Fast with the Strikers. Basically you Hold M1 and mash reload and Bash. If you can't figure it out I can't help you. It's really simple to do but hard to explain.

My weigh in on this is as its a in game mechanical glitch it's fair use regardless if against people who do not use it has it can be replicated and use by anyone that wants to. the only limitation that is really affected is being on pc makes it far easier. But no separation or bans against it should be taken.
Basically, they would be forced to use this technique to be 1st in the standings? moreover, many people even with a guide do not want to fuck with the "console" to open the cards of the game and still want to be in the best ranking
no one is being forced to do anything, and a simple solution would be to tag runs that use these sorts of things with a simple variable, but i suggest not splitting them up because the more to dived down leader-boards the more empty they become. adding a variable as a filter would be a reasonable thing to do if its that big of a deal but currently I don't think so. I mainly run play on Console and its particularly one class in specific that has a minor mechanical glitch designed around keybindings.
There is no perfect way to go about it and there is even more issues with trying to ban something like that considering how we would go about explaining and making sure people are aware of what it is and what it looks like if its found to be used. It would be very hard to enforce a "console-usage" ban for runs because it can easily be used before a run even starts and there is no way that i can think of to proof runs other then watching them closely which is fine but things can still slip by.
The main thing to think about is that at least on PC "console-usage" is available to all those players so its fair use and its part of the game as its just a keybinding and not using actual console cheats.
If players want to to compete to the point where that makes the difference then thats what they will have to think about but we are no where even near that point nor can i see it being that influential when its affecting one class perk mainly and the boards are not even remotely close to that competitive to make rash judgement calls or changes.
i hope you gonna put a filter if you can , because i sumit 20 speedrun on 20 map and i can't beat rango until i Don't find a way to use this glitch ( and i Don't want use a glitch ) i beat his speedrun on burning paris but i'm stuck in a corner to spawn zed more fast but i Don't like play like that :-/ the run i made on spillway take me a long time before beat CookAZed and in first place i want to beat Cook beacause he's like me , no glitch or Something to have a little help to win so i know when i start to play the run i have a chance to beat him , even if i'm fast or stuck me in corner like Burning paris i can't beat Rango's run on biotic lab because i already try , i can make a 7:30 but no less ( the other rango run maybye but i Don't want try the glitch help him )
I cannot even understand what you have written there because of the poor grammar and that its all run on sentences without a focus.
Use it if you want or don't, if you aim to be competitive then like most competitions you will need to learn and or get better at things that you do not know or not do well.
If someone decides to use external sources to cheat outside the game then there becomes and issue which can be addressed to a more scrutinous manner.
If the glitch only is viable on PC is it still fair to use it? I dont know if it can be dont on console.
And if its done by macro should sensitivity switching(being able to so the sword spinning thing) be allowed as well?

This glitch he used is called combo cancel. I discovered it in 16th March 2018 but uploaded a video about it in the 17th March 2018. Here's the video:
Only reason the speedrunner who submitted it knew about it is because I told him about it. His name is Rango. My speedrun name is GKOOPZ but discord name is Brawler. Rango told one of the dev's moderator about it and reported the bug there in every way possible and got it patched, this means that you can't use the glitch anymore without modifying the game, so his record is forever doomed there because he purposefully got it patched. If his motives was to make it stay up there forever and make it unbeatable by making it impossible to duplicate it by reporting bug after abusing it in a speedrun, that could be possible but I can't fully confirm it. It's a shitty situation. I would recomend the moderator to take down his record as there are no way to beat it the same way he did it.
