Once the level starts, rotate your camera until you hear a bing sound. Once that sound plays, jump on the [big]thing with the arrow that points on it[/big] and jump off. You should also hear a bing sound, signaling that you did it right. Then head over to the ladder, climb it up and grab the item at the top. On the top left corner of your screen, there will be a save icon. Wait until it goes away, then open up the menu and leave the game. Once the main menu loads, load your save file again. The gym door will be open and you can walk right out, skipping part of the tutorial.
