I timed it at 10.700 seconds after the video, a verifier can get an official time and put it at that. The reason why I had a 21 second run 5 months ago was because when We Ski and Family Ski still had two leaderboards, the old moderator of We Ski wanted me to go to the right and hilly path. When I watched Ember's run, they went to the left path and I was thrown off. So some close runs later, and I finally (maybe) got a good enough time to beat WR (hopefully, if my timing was right).
