I see the rules you have, and I get that. What are the rules on FPS. Do you have to play the game at the native GBA 60FPS, would any other FPS be considered cheating?

I've noticed that srwatcher hasn't been online in 10 months and that he's a mod of Barbie and the Magic of Pegasus. I'm requesting to take his place. I'm going to be running this game for the foreseeable future until I feel like I've done all I can with it, as well as a few other Barbie games.
