Is it possible to submit a run completed on the 3DS, or is that platform not eligible?

Apparently the game doesn't run the same, if we have to implement it, we'll have to make a different category for the version. Need to see Galedog's take on that.

Please don't create a separate category if I am the only person running. I appreciate that this is a small community and will work on a run in steam

I particularly like the rage relay where you pick each character in the order you would like to play as them and get one life with each character.
