Time starts when you pop luigi's tutorial balloon, and ends when you have max coins. You are not allowed to have any coins when you start, aside from the 50 you get from the tutorial balloon.
The big problem with this category is that it favors people who have a lot of viewers on Twitch. The streamer could just have his audience make balloons that are close to the starting point. The less popular people have to take around 20 to 30 seconds to get a balloon. I see what you were thinking but it is not the best when fleshed out.
maybe you can only do 40 seconds baloons? or have difrent catogories (less than 20 seconds more than 20 seconds)
this category is bad by design. as previously mentioned, a bigger speedrunner will have an easier time. "maybe you only do 40s balloons" great! just get your ten thousand followers to make 40s balloons within 1s of the starting area and then you've broken the system. additionally, even if all attempts had to be not streamed so you can't get help, the category is pure rng, you can't optimise rng. it would be like speedrunning 10 coin flips correctly guessed in a row
