The main timesave comes from the cloud sideflip strategy, and utilising it to perform new movement on the final planet. These sideflips are very difficult to execute, giving you a small frame window to time them. Chaining them throughout the level is very difficult. Furthermore, the landing cancel on the final planet is frame perfect, causing more obstacles when trying to optimise this stage. This IL took me a few months to beat, grinding it on-and-off.
