Absolutely incredible run. Since the start of the 4:54.8 grind, I had 7 runs to 8-2, and this was the first run out of 8-2 going for 4:54.8. I am very happy I was able to clutch out 8-3 and 8-4! My heartrate ended up peaking at 189 BPM after the run was over! This run is also a double WR since I got Both Quests WR right after with an 8:00.875. As for the future of myself and this category, I'm not too sure yet, but I'll likely go for 4:54.7xx sometime in the future! From the bottom of my heart, huge thank you to everyone that supported me and watched my streams during this grind!
