Small Rule Update

Hello Runners!
A new Roblox Update has made it possible to change the in-game FPS through the in-game menu.
I want to remind you guys that going above 60 FPS is still not allowed. Runs that utilize any way of getting above 60 frames per second will be rejected. This has also been added to the rules for clear understanding.
