Timing Change for Tour mode runs
I have decided to change when the timer starts for Singleplayer/Band Tour categories. The timer will now start when you've selected the difficulty after creating your band (on Xbox 360/PS3). Since the Wii/PS2 versions doesn't have the character creation, it will just go to the difficulty select, whi
