Hello Everybody! I am pretty new to this whole speedrunning thing. I have a couple runs up already. One for All levels Glitch-less and one for Level 1. I am on the Xbox one, and I've been using the timer in the top right hand corner to record my time. It seems that many PC users have very detailed times recorded, which I am guessing has to do with some software package or timer that can be downloaded on the PC. I am looking for suggestions that someone on the Xbox one could use to get a more detailed time readout. Is there anything that I can upload a video to and set parameters for time on there? Any suggestions would be appreciated. I know I could probably search online and try out many different methods, but im hoping someone on here could give me a good suggestion or what works best in your experience. Thanks in advance!
Hello, if you use OBS to record your XBOX One (I dont know if you can) get live split, it is the best timer for speed running!

livesplit probably isn't available for the xbox one, and the in-game timer is not accurate, so I would recommend keeping some other timer close by, like a watch or a phone or maybe livesplit on a pc or something. as for the accurate times, if you look at the top post on the forums, it has a retiming guide for getting frame accurate run times from recordings. if you don't want to bother with retiming the mods will always retime a run before accepting it.
They do! My timer for the video is made when I was editing the video, so I have no idea what my time is during playing. But guess what? No time, no pressure.
game update!!! load times are gone. yippee!! so a lot of runs will get faster and stuff
also, the in game time setting will (probably) be removed from the time settings thing because we dont use it and its a huge inconvenience for mods happy update !
