My new 100% run. There are a couple of new strats, but it's mostly done through good RNG luck and refining execution. Still places to improve, but I was pretty happy with this. Hopefully, I can upload a video with commentary on this soon.

1. Slums: If you do an extra random encounter, you don't need to do the Ohlo quest. This means you don't have enough experience to level up, which makes the next section very dangerous, but it also saves you a trip back to town. Split: 5:58
2. Castle: Some very good RNG here. The battle with the fake Tyranthraxus has the potential to get very ragged as the thieves' morale breaks easily and they can't be targeted with the wand. I've also slightly refined the way that I dupe the items, using saved game slots. Split: 11:02
3. Sokal Keep / Temple of Bane: Nothing new here. Not my best run through of this. Split: 16:56
4. Graveyard / Mansion: A very good run through of the graveyard. Getting better at learning where the use the Quick button. Forgot to do the mansion before going back into town, but the way I did it might have actually been quicker. Split: 22:03 Old Phlan: A bit sloppy. Got stuck with some random encounters in the well area and then forgot that I'd already found all the books in part of the library. Split: 26:51 Central Wilderness: A short, smooth section without much to report on. Split: 29:05 Eastern Wilderness: Better use of Haste spells and Quick commands in the Kobold Caves. Battle outside the caves much better than usual. Split: 34:25 Western Wilderness: A haste spell and skipping dinner seems to be slightly quicker in the keep. Split: 36:19 Gate: Haste spells and doing the tower one by one seems to wind up quicker, as you can quickly disable the ettins instead of wearing down their hit points with numerous fireballs. Split: 38:08 Castle: A bit short of my best here, but still went pretty smoothly. Final battle much quicker with Stinking Cloud spells. Final time: 41:09
