I was doing the splits all wrong, instead of when selecting team i started as soon as i clicked on the cup i wanted so there was a 2-3 second difference already from the time in video and the real time. I retimed my run (as you can see on the splits i/o against the splits from the vid, and paid more attention to the badge not spinning anymore and thats how i got to the 24:14. Alissa is where the biggest time can be saved will look into how to attack it better.
