Add the point 3 : Those guys who successfully skip the pause before the newspaper , their Arstotzka eagle pattern do not go dark. But Caisang's does. Maybe he just cut the pause.

I agree with this evidence and I have now rejected Caisang’s run(s). Sorry for taking so long. These accusations have already lingered for several months, at least since August.

And theres one more point :D : the reason i reported Cai is not personal hatred , just because of Cai's "the thief himself calling the police" action (click into Cai's all forums post and you will see that long passage, the 4th paragraph begin with "Turns out, those people they themselves are cheaters."). This caused Lop and Papalouie attacked by some Cai's shit followers and that really makes me sick.
