Hi I just started out doing map speedruns but don't understand why in some speedrun I'm faster than some people but I'm behind them? Maybe I don't understand something but.....

The rules say to use IGT, but the list seems to be sorting by RTA. Is this something the moderators can fix?
It should be fixed automatically for now if yo submit Real time as well. Sadly since main boards run on RT level boards are forced to as well, going to try and contact an srcom mod to resolve this.
Make it so default time is IGT but Remove IGT times if they're posted in a Full Game run?
Default time is the same for normal LB and IL so I can't do that since it would mess up normal LBs. That's why I contacted an srcom mod, awaiting a response.
With Overwatch 2 finally going live, this means that our Overwatch 1 leaderboards are all pretty much legacied. All new speedruns should now be submitted to the Overwatch 2 leaderboards, here:
