Got Queen Octopuff outside Clockbank, thus skipping Rare Cog and a Tropu'Hopu encounter. Got an encounter outside Oresrush, lots of meeps, and a second encounter on Toto'Haha Anchorage. Would be difficult to improve by much without another rare enemy though, so I'm leaving it at this for a while.
