In light of a recent string of suspicious offline emulator runs, we have updated the rules regarding emulator submissions. The new rules are below and are a small measure that we hope can help us show that a run has been done live and hasn't been prefabricated. Feel free to give us any feedback, but we feel these rules are not intrusive and shouldn't effect how anyone does runs. From this point on these rules will be enforced and any run not meeting them will be rejected.

• Reset/power on from the previous run must be included in your run submission video.
• Specify the emulator used in the run and its version in the comments.
• It is strongly encouraged to use a frame counter and input display.
• It is strongly encouraged to show the emulator window with the border included.

This seems very reasonable for offline submissions. Might snag it for the sotn rules.

Not feedback, but posting to ask if someone knows how to show frame counter/input on Nestopia? I believe input isn't a thing(why my runs don't have it), but I haven't tried looking for the frame counter.
