Niles V Roekel is one of the top exploitable characters. He can fly, thrown projectiles and has super strenght just like Iron Man.

However, although Brigade is not able to fly, I still prefer Brigade's super fast projectiles.

The only concern I see about Brigade is he has malfunctions whenever his super power bar reaches zero. I think it's an intended way to balance him as a character and compensate his fast projectiles.
