the only reason i can think of as to why this beat wr by so much, is because moondial's pc with the 60fps cap couldn't run the game at exactly 60+ fps due to their cpu/gpu not being able to record the game as well as run it at 60+ fps, therefore losing them time due to lag. in my case, however, i am able to run this game while recording on high spec in game settings at 60 fps just fine, so i wasn't experiencing any lag. if this isn't the case, idk what is, but i promise this run isn't cheated by any means.
