So im thinking of doing an any% run. If I get a good time on prologue or something in the run. Can i submit the same video as the any% run to the IL category? Or do i have to cut it up?

It would be preferred that the video only be of the IL. If that's too much work for you, you can submit the video with a timestamp just before the IL would start.
