Steps:

1. Pick up the first lamp and place it on the moving platform.
2. Pick up the second lamp, walk along the corridor to stand in front of the broken window at the end. Shine the lamp at the receptor.
3. Turn away just before the moving lamp is about to shine on the receptor (momentum will carry it forward a bit further after you turn away) and move around to drop the lamp so that it shines on the receptor around the corner on the left.
4. Grab the lamp from the moving platform. Place it down such that it faces through the window near the exit onto the props in the background. This can easily be done by setting up the lamp against the wall - I personally use the two power sockets on the wall, lined up with the two feet on the lamp (using 100 FOV):

5. Move towards the exit, jumping onto the first table, to the second, and finally onto the nearest piece of light on the ground.
6. Proceed to the exit.
