I was able to get the damage boots for the 2nd tornado!

I frame count from the start click (no visual cue) to the first frame when the tyrex close his mouth after the last shot. I got a time of 13.23.616

Played on Sega Mega Drive with a NTSC swtich (more info here) using EverDrive V3.3. Technically it's slower than playing on a Sega Genesis, I will switch to emulator soon to get a better time.
