I am a beginner and I would like to start speedrunning GTA III. I am here to ask how to setup the Steam version of the game for speedrun like KZ_FREW's video for San Andreas because this version has a bug and the cars are black and I can't run GTA III if the game is in another folder and not in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto 3.
