I need help trying to submit a game but I can't figure out how to fill out the last part Any Additional Notes Ex. proposed categories, rules, your plans for the board, etc.

What game? You basically tell them what runs you think people will do of your game. If it's just any% that's all you gotta put.

When you submit a game and if it gets accepted, you're automatically a mod. As a responsible mod, you may decide on individual level runs / full game runs, or special requirements for uploads (probably not, apart from the run not being tampered, modified or cut)...list what you think is relevant
