I take the run pretty slow and kill a ton of enemies.

I grab secret armour in the opening and take my time with the tower climb. I sprint to grab blue key and enter final room.

Final room has a lot of tough enemies. I kill them all without getting too close to button to raise staircase because that's what lowers walls with more enemies.
