Used the Hothead instead of the Firefly in an attempt to more consistently one-shot the barrier and increase overall movement speed.

Accidentally hopped the brick wall and my Czernenko Room pathing was shaky, so I could see this going into the low 18's, not so sure about sub-18 unless the stair-jumping line is really tight.

Czernenko's now faster than Golyak, but I think Golyak is still competitive with Czernenko.
