All Monsters, All Buildings, All Furniture, All Girlfriends, All Items?

Since the game doesn't seem to be ran at all yet its not important, but I'm wondering if "best ending" (all girls, fully upgraded house, maybe all buildings even if thats not technically relevant) would be more competitive since both All Monsters and All Items are pure Barong-grind.

Funnily enough I helped attempt to route this almost a year ago. Roughly the same time this question was asked.
