I'm planning to do a 100% completion run, does it have to be in one go or am i allowed to segment it because I cannot see myself beating this game 100% in one sitting.

Specifically I mean if pausing my run at a autosave and the timer is ok then resuming it when I continue. Alternatively I can just always have a timer running on twitch if thats what is needed. It's not really going to be a fast speedrun due to its size and my ability but I'm just wondering what specifically I need to do for it to be valid before I go doing it wrong.
