It's funny I only knew about the first part of this NG+ exclusive cycle, not the other parts, which can be found in TonesBalones' NG+ PB. Oboe brought this information to my attention randomly during my stream after stealing my old 13 IL record, and after calculating how much time it saved compared to the Any% cycle (3 seconds), I just knew I had to go for it. After mastering the level and discovering its easier, faster, and more consistent to use three burst bombs at the very end for the final cycle (saves another second), I finally got a sub minute run! What's funny is that I made one mistake at the end which is missing the burst bomb at the Zap Fish. But I honestly don't care as this was one of my sickest IL runs possibly ever in this game.
