Cave Story is still free on PC, the remakes aren't but the original is and it is very good and challenging.

You could also try out Sky Quest, shoot em up, run might be very RNG tho since you need diamonds and you can get a bunch of really good stuff using them, but also doing too many quests can cause time loss and so can getting too many 100% clears

You could run Snailiad, it's pretty good speedrun game, really fun. It's a flash game, Ik its on Newgrounds.
