Also am I allowed to use a texture pack with outlined ores? I know that I'm not supposed to use packs that outline important things, but do ores count as those things?

Well I don't really know if it gives me a huge advantage over other players since it only takes away darkness and I mainly started using it so I could dig straight down without torches. the pack I am using: https://mcpedl.com/night-vision-shader/

Am I allowed to use a night vision texture pack that basically just lets me see in dark places?
