When streaming directly from the XBO or PS4 the stream displays a default "paused" image on screen during the Neil cutscene; after the fight in EP3.

During the censoring there is virtually nothing taking place. You watch the cutscene then mash the respective button to grab the gun. I don't feel this should void run legitimacy. Here's a showcase of it below:
