It was added less than a week ago. Wait for categories to be set up.

Check the rules for the specific game you want to run.
My guess would be that the ones that got rejected have already been requested and rejected before, so the mods already knew what to do with them. The one that’s still processing then could be one that nobody’s requested before.
Some games don’t require video submissions, though you’re probably better off just learning how to record and upload.
Ask in the forum for whatever game it is that you’re running. There are no site-wide rules about this.
When a game request is rejected it comes with a comment explaining why.
Gavotte isn’t a proper noun; it refers to a specific type of dance. Numbers 16 and 298 are both gavottes.
Race and Fight categories would be cool. Having separate Any% and All Worlds categories seems somewhat arbitrary given it’s just ±1 world.
