The icons are Fruity loops, Groove music, and Bandicam.
By the way, some programs icons are set as "hidden icons" (which can be seen in the right side of the taskbar). So just because you don't see it, doesn't mean it isn't there. For example, I built a short TAS run a few months ago with AutoHotKey script, and it is set as a hidden icon by default.
But then again, if no autoclicker was used then there won't be any icons to begin with.

The game's main image can be changed in the "edit game --> Cover"
For some countries (mostly in east Asia) you need to be physically in the country in order to choose that as your country in SRC, due to... reasons. If you are currently abroad, and can't use VPN, I guess you can't choose your country (South Korea) right now.
I would say NO. You should never splice runs, unless it is allowed for very specific cases. Since most games here go by RTA (Real Time Attack) timing, which means the entire time it took to reach from start point to end point. That means a timer should not be stopped (if you are using one), and the OBS record should not be stopped as well. Doing so will turn any run to a spliced run, which won't abide by the rules for most games here.
Now, for your game: Does time in pauses count towards the total time of the run? (it should) if so, then you clearly shouldn't cut your video, since you can artificially cut any time from the pause. But then, I don't see the need of the restriction because if you take longer pause then your run will just be slower.
If time in pauses don't count towards the total time, then "technically" it won't matter if you splice the pause section regarding total time of the run, but then it goes against the rules of the game (because you did a long pause, and who knows, you can even take a break for days and no one will know) and the rules of the site (because of splicing).
How long is the expected time of the entire run? If it is hours, then I guess it would be expected from runners to be able to have breaks here and there.
Maybe you should discuss that issue with the moderators of the game.
