Hi , if somewone is speedrunning the pre 1.9 any % glitched catecory, than pls help me. I have seen the new one charg trick for the enderdargon fight in the wr but cant do it ... maybe i do something wrong, maybe not but pls write an little tutorial ( very little ) how to do it ... so i can look if i do something wrong

Iam new in the pre 1.9 set seed glitched catecory and see an an trick on the wr where he uses quiting and pause so he can kill an enderdragon in one charge ( this is why it named one charge) and I tryed it so often and cant get it so I asking : How to do that ?
