Are modifications on the switch allowed?
Only modification I want to use is one that lets me record the run without a capture card, wanted to know if that was fine or if I have to buy a capture card.
Yes that's fine, you still need to provide provide of a fresh boot and the version number however. In addition, changing the clock speed is not allowed
