There is no need in a "replacement", invisible cap should have not been a thing to begin with. I don't know who thought that was a bright idea and implemented it.

Remember that the category extension policy was way more lenient back when KFR Invisible Hat existed. Just being somewhat popular was enough for a category extension to exist, see Festival%.

The current CE policy is valid, sound in itself, within the competence of the mods, and I am definitely not asking to return to the old one.
